Haber conocido a Sonu es uno de los recuerdos más divertidos de mi viaje por India, el tipo de persona que hace subir de nuevo el carrito de la montaña rusa de emociones que es viajar por ese gran país. Consiguió sacarnos la sonrisa más rápido que nadie, e irremediablemente quisimos seguir compartiendo aventuras con él. Lástima que sólo hay un único Sonu, y está en Jaipur. Me habría encantado que nos llevara en su tuc-tuc por todas las ciudades. Es una persona especial, comparte su gran corazón y alegría por donde pasa. Y nunca nos ha olvidado! Sonu gave uS a great tour of the city! We got our fortunes read, went to the amber fort and lake palace ! Couldn’t have asked for a better day ! Sonu is funny and charming – would recommend him as a tuk tuk driver to all!
We had a great time exploring Jaipur with Sonu. When we initially arrived in the city we were tired and finding it overwhelming and luckily met Sonu when we were looking for a good place for breakfast. Pick his brain for good places to eat ???? He brought us to all the top spots in Jaipur and it was alot of fun especially with the tunes in the tuk tuk. Sonu is a sound out and we highly recommend him when it comes to visiting a large, intense city like Jaipur. Anything you need help with he is the guy to ask.
We were referred to Sonu by a good friend that met him in Jaipur in 2011. In our experience, Sonu is a trustworthy guy. He helped me a lot when I was sick and when I felt better he took me and my mum all around the city, giving us the freedom to set our own schedule; just tell him what you want. ‘U roept, wij draaien’, as we say in Dutch, is his motto. So, if you are looking for a good driver with a ‘helicopter’
Kumar helped me out when I was lost in Jaipur. I was looking for a place to buy mild groceries when my gf suffered from a stomach ache. I met Kumar in the street and he offered to take me to the place for free. He then even helped me to pick groceries and told me funny stories on the way back to the hostel. If you need a guide who knows the city, I can definitely recommend him!
We had the perfect day in Jaipur with Sonu.. He is the best, funniest, most knowledgeable, courteous and interesting tour guide we could have wished for. Our one day in Jaipur was made perfect by our new friend and we will look forward to coming back to this beautiful city and meeting him again.
Sonu is a gem of a person, great tour guide, and autorickshaw walla… ! He is kind, energetic, friendly, and will give you a true experience of Jaipur. He went out of his way to bring me to a great thali restaurant! In a city that is so overrun with scams and scam artists- be it fake jewelry shops or tour guides, it is nice to know you can surpass the frustrations of that and tour with someone honest and knowledgeable.
